Chinese Super League’s teams dominated Most Influential Social Media Page in Asia, Indonesia’s Persib bagged Asian Crown

Global Digital Sports Benchmark by RESULT Sports has recently released the most updated influential football club based on social media outreach.

 

According to RESULT Sports, the status quo of Football Clubs around the world and their digital communities on social platforms will be shared twice a year, during the summer break and at the beginning of each year. RESULT Sports monitors the community evolution on 28 social platforms, updates this number frequently, as sport organisations evolve their presence. The Global Digital Football Benchmark reviews for the first time ever the status on fifteen social platforms. Never before has such an extensive research been released in a single benchmarking studies.

 

Topping the list are none other than the regular European teams. But while Real Madrid, Barcelona & Manchester United continue to lead the pack in the first, second and third position respectively, many Asian football clubs are starting to acknowledge the importance of the social media engagement in the modern era and have been engaging with their followers on various social media platforms extensively. Here, we have put together the Top-10 Influential Football Club in Asia: –
